Why should I make my travel reservations through the Boomerang Travel Company?

Boomerang Travel Company offers a service for those people who know what they are looking for and do not want to waste time in making their travel reservations.  Those travellers who simply need to make a travel reservation(s) and want to secure their vacation plans rather than spend time talking to a travel agent.  The Boomerang Travel Company reservation system is powered by Travel Now and is the same system that travel agents use, with same information and the same prices.  In some cases the internet specials offered through the Travel Now reservation software are actually lower prices than agents can offer.  All reservations are safe and secure.

Do I have to pay Boomerang Travel Company?

No you don't pay Boomerang Travel Company anything.  We receive a small commission from the hotels like all travel agents do.  Most of the prices on our system are the same as you would get from a travel agent and in some circumstances can be cheaper.

How do I view, change or cancel a reservation?

Once any reservation has been made you will be given an Itinerary Number.  Use this itinerary number and follow the instructions sent to you after the reservation was made to either view, change or cancel a reservation.  You can click on the View/Cancel Reservation link on the bottom of the Boomerang Travel website to cancel any reservation.

Why are some cities not listed?

We are constantly looking to improve our websites.  Our Boomerang Travel Company site currently has travel reservations for nearly 300 locations around the world and we are trying to add more all the time.

Does Boomerang Travel Company look after all of the reservations?

The Boomerang Travel Company is affiliated with the Travel Now software that powers the reservation system.  We provide the service and the site where the reservation is made through the Travel Now software.  All responsibility of reservations made via the Boomerang Travel website are held by Travel Now.

Why does the layout of the site seem so simple?

That's the whole point!  We try to make the use and functionality of our sites as simple as possible.  We feel that when visitors are looking for certain information they don't want to search through endless pages of irrelevant information and advertisements.   We wanted to provide a straight-forward site that our customers will want to continue to use.
